PUPPIES!!!
Zoey had her puppies last night, starting at about 1:05 am, she was sleeping in our bed and about 12:45 we moved her to the bathroom or so because she was constantly moving around, panting really heavy and you just could tell she was getting close. After about a 10-15 minute struggle we finally got her in the bathroom and about 5 minutes after we had her in the bathroom out came the first pup. A few minutes later the 2nd, the 3rd, the 4th, and then the 5th. Nick and I were shocked that she had that many puppies. We thought she would only have a few if more than 1. After the first one Zoey was really uncomfortable and so Nick and I sat in the bathroom with her and it really calmed her down. She cleaned all her puppies and started feeding them. Finally she got them all settled and was feeding them, Nick and I headed back to bed. About 2 hours later Nick got up to check on her and she had had ONE more puppy. When we got up for me to go to work we noticed she had another puppy. We couldn't believe that she had had 7 puppies!! We were in complete shock!! They are adorable. One is solid white. Two solid black puppies. Two gray and black spotted. Two gray and black spoted with white rings around them. Here is 1 picutes I took from my phone. I took a ton last night and will post them tonight!!

So as I sit at my desk today, I dream of my sunny days in Costa Rica...and remember through the many pictures we took..It was a great week and a wonderful way to spend the first week of our marriage!! I can't wait to get back to Costa Rica to go ziplining, feed the monkeys, go to the volcano, sit on the beach and relax...oh the memories. For now...heres the pictures of our trip in June, 2009!

Remembering Our Wedding
I was thinking of everything at this time last year I was doing last night and last year was a crazy fun year planning our wedding. Nick and I had just moved to good ole Lubbock, which utimately ended in being the worst decision for us in numerous ways. God blessed us beyond you can imagine when it was time for us to leave that town. There were so many bad influences there that took a toll on our relationship but we are working past them all now. And life is truely wonderful for Nick and I now. We live in the Bulverde/Spring Branch area just North of San Antonio and can I tell you that it is soo beautiful here. I dont mind my commute because I love driving home and seeing all the deer in our front yard and along our street, yes its a little crazy sometimes making sure you watch the moving targets as they dart across right in front of you but besides that its great living out here. We are within minutes of the beautiful Guadalupe River and not too far from Canyon Lake, Lake McQueeny, and Concan (home of the beautiful FRIO River!!) and so many other beautiful places. The Hill Country is honestly the most beautiful place! Anyways I kind of got side tracted!! I got a new computer and in the process of moving all my stuff over I came across the pictures of our wedding. It was a special time and truely all my dreams came true. I'm so happy to be married to my best friend. We have gone through several hurdles but these hurdles have only brought us closer together! So here's some of our engagement pictures, wedding pictures and tomorrow maybe of our fabulous honeymoon to Costa Rica!
What a happy day this was, I cherish every memory of my wedding day with my husband, our family, and friends that joined us in our special day!! It was truely a day to remember!!! Thanks to everyone for making it such an incredible day!!

New Man
My husband recently went on a Walk to Emmaus, which is a 3 day christain event, covering different topics about your christian walk. These "Walks" are offered for men and women, they do do them separate enabling the single men and women to still be able to enjoy this opportunity. He left Wednesday and came home on Sunday morning. I didnt get to talk to him at all during his experience which was really difficult not being able to talk to my best friend for these 4 days. But in the end it was something that has impacted and changed his life and for that I am excited for the New Man that I'm madly in love with and for all the new that he is experiencing. I am so proud of him for his decision to change his life. He has changed his life to life it fully for the Lord. I am excited for his new beginning. I am excited for the opporunities for our family because of his decision. I am excited for our new relationship and for the new beginning that we have as a couple. I am excited to grow in this experience with the Lord and with my husband. I pray for him and I pray for our relationship that it will continue to strengthen and continue to grow. I'm so proud of you babe and I love you so much!!!
